What helps a first message along
The quickest reply comes from a message that says roughly when, roughly what, and roughly where: "a family session in October, somewhere outdoors near Centurion" is enough to answer properly. Exact dates and packages can be worked out afterwards.
Enquiries are answered personally, usually within one to two business days. Weekends are often shooting days, so a Saturday message may be answered on the Monday. If something is urgent — a date about to be taken, a gift with a deadline — WhatsApp is faster than email and gets seen between sessions.
