Where will we shoot?
Studio sessions carry no travel cost. On-location travel is an indicative line, confirmed with your package.
What this estimate does and doesn't include
The figure this builds is indicative: it covers the session fee for the package you pick, the add-ons you tick, and a travel line based on how far the shoot is from the Centurion studio. It is enough to know whether a session is in your range before you get in touch, which is the only thing it is for.
What it cannot know is the shape of your particular day — a second location, a make-up artist for two people rather than one, a family that turns out to be twelve people. Those are quoted properly once there is a conversation, and the final quote always comes in writing before a deposit is asked for.
Deposits and payment
A non-refundable deposit secures your date. The balance is due before or on the day, depending on the session type, and payment is by EFT or card. Prints, albums and extra retouching are quoted separately and never assumed.
Travel
Sessions within Centurion carry no travel line. Pretoria, Midrand, Johannesburg and Sandton carry a small one; further afield is quoted on the distance. Areas served lists where the studio works regularly.
